Generate a youth release form

Follow these steps to generate a release form for a youth.  

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Select the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click Delinquency Information in the link menu. The Delinquency Information screen screen appears.

4. Click the Release link for the youth in the case. The Release Request History screen appears.

5. Click report to generate the report of the record. The report preview screen appears.

6. Click Print to print the report.

7. Click Close to return to the Release Request History screen.  

8. Click Close to return to the Delinquency Information screen.
