View determinate sentence commitments and credit adjustments

In TFACTS you can view active determinate sentence commitments, completed commitments with associated credit adjustments, and credit adjustments for current active sentences.

Follow these steps to view sentence commitments and the associated credit adjustments.

1. In the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Select the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click Delinquency Information in the link menu. The Delinquency Information screen screen appears.

4. Click the Determinate Commitment link for the case participant. The Determinate Commitment Tracking screen appears.

5. Current commitments are listed by date. To see a history of completed commitments, click the View Completed Commitments link. Click Close to return to the Determinate Commitment Tracking screen.

6. Credit adjustments are also listed by date, showing the number of credits applied and the new projected release date. Click view to see details for a specific credit adjustment. Click Close to return to the Determinate Commitment Tracking screen.

7. Click Close to return to the Delinquency Information screen.
