Correct a person's phone number or email address

A person's telephone number and email addresses are part of the address information collected on the person profile.

Update this information as follows:

1. Click the search header link to find the person record for the person.

2. In the Person Overview screen, click the Person Profile link. The Basic tab of the profile appears.

3. Click the Address tab. The Person Address screen appears.

4. Under Phone/Email, click the select link for the record you want to correct. The Phone/Email Information screen appears.

5. Complete the fields on this screen.

6. If this is the primary method of contacting the person, select the Primary check box. Otherwise, leave the box unchecked.

7. Click Save. You are returned to the Person Address screen.
