View a person's address history

The system retains each address that was recorded on a person profile to build a history of the person's addresses.

View the address history as follows:

1. Click the search header link to find the person record for the person.

2. In the Person Overview screen, click the Person Profile link. The Basic tab of the profile appears.

3. Click the Address tab. The Person Address screen appears. The current addresses appear in the Person Address grid.

4. Click the View Address History link above the Person Address grid. The Person Address History screen appears. This screen displays the addresses that were previously recorded for the person.

5. Click Close. You are returned to the Person Address screen.
