Add an update to a corrective action plan

Follow these steps to add an update to a corrective action plan.  

  1. From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.  

  2. Click select for the resource provider you want to update. The Resource Overview screen appears.

  3. Click Corrective Action Plan in the link menu. The Corrective Action Plans screen appears.

  4. Click select to open an existing plan. The Corrective Action Plan screen appears.

  5. Click the Plan Updates tab. This tab shows update records previously added.

  6. Click Add Update to record a new update for the plan. The Plan Details screen appears.

  7. In the Progress field, describe the specific steps the resource provider has made towards correcting the issues that were identified in the plan.

  8. In the Barriers/Outstanding Issues field, describe the issues and problems on which the resource provider still needs to correct.

  9. Click Save. You are returned to the Plan Updates tab.

  10. Click Save. You are returned to the Corrective Action Plans screen.
