Delete a participant from a training session
Resource members may be enrolled in DCS-sponsored training sessions, as explained in Record training sessions and participants. The system ensures that the number of resource members enrolled in a session does not exceed the maximum number of allowable participants. If an invited resource member will not attend a future session, you can delete the person from the session.
Follow these steps to delete a participant from a training session.
From the Home screen, click Resource > Training. The Training Sessions Search Criteria screen appears.
Enter the From Session Date and any other search criteria for the training sessions you want to view.
Click Search. The matching training sessions appear in the search results.
Click the select link for the session you want to update. The Training screen Session Information tab appears.
Click the Participants tab.
Click the delete link for the participant you want to remove from the session.
In the confirmation message, click OK.
Click Save. You are returned to the Training Sessions Search screen.
