Delete a resource site or sub-site

Sites and sub-sites are used in the system to record the location of serious or critical incidents. A site or sub-site can be deleted only if it is not linked to a serious or critical incident record.

Follow these steps to delete the sites and sub-sites for a resource provider

1. From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.  

2. Click select for the resource provider you want to update. The Resource Overview screen appears.

3. Click Sites in the link menu. The Site List screen appears.

4. Click delete to remove the site from the list. This link is not available if any sub-sites are still linked to incidents.
   
   Click deactivate if you do not want to delete the site.

5. In the confirmation message, click Yes. The system removes the record from the list.

6. Click Close to return to the Resource Overview screen.
