Record resource criteria for child acceptance and placement

The resource identifies the gender, age, and other characteristics of the children he or she is able to accept. This information is collected during the provider's initial inquiry, then maintained thereafter and approved.

Record the resource's acceptance criteria as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.

2. Click select for the provider you want to update. The Resource Overview screen appears.

3. Click Resource Information in the link menu. The Resource Information screen Basic tab appears.

4. Click the Preferences tab.

5. Select the gender of the children.

6. Indicate whether the provider will accept children in a sibling group.

7. Complete the survey-type information for the other preferences: Age, Language, Risk Behaviors, and so on.

8. Click Save.
