Update details for a resource home
Follow these steps to update the details for a resource home.
From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.
Select the resource you want to update. The Resource Overview screen appears.
Click Maintain Resource Information under Resource Actions - or - click Home Study in the links menu and then the Basic Resource Home Information link under Home Study Topics. The Basic tab appears.
You can view and update details on the resource tabs as follows:
Basic tab – Closed/on hold/suspended status and references can be updated on this screen. Changes in resource status, however, require a home study addendum or reassessment.
Address/Contact tab – Contacts for the resource can be updated. Address updates for an approved home, however, must be done through a home study addendum or reassessment.
Members tab – Adding members to an approved resource home can only be done through a home study addendum or reassessment.
Relationships tab – View/edit relationships among members.
Preferences tab – View/edit child preferences.
Click Apply to save any changes you make and stay on the same tab.
Click Save to save changes and return to the Resource Overview screen or the Home Study Topics screen. If returned to the Resource Overview screen, click Close to exit the resource home record. If returned to the Home Study Topics screen, click Close, then click Resource Overview in the links menu, then click Close to exit the resource home record
