View child abuse or neglect incidents for a resource

In TFACTS you can view the incidents of child abuse or neglect reported against a resource.  When an CPS intake A CPS Intake is an referral made to the department that alleges child abuse or neglect. naming the resource as the alleged perpetrator is screened in, the system sends a notification to the resource worker. Also, when the investigation is substantiated, the system notifies the appropriate resource worker. The worker can view the intake and investigation details.

Follow these steps to view intakes and investigations on a resource.

1. From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.

2. Select the resource ID of the resource you want to view. The Resource Overview screen appears.

3. Click CPS Activity in the link menu. The CPS Reports screen appears.

4. Click the [intake ID] link to view the details for a CPS intake A CPS Intake is an referral made to the department that alleges child abuse or neglect. linked to the resource. 5. Click Cancel to return to the CPS Reports screen.

6. Click the [investigation ID] link to view the details for an investigation linked to the resource. The Investigation Overview screen appears.

7. Click Cancel to return to the CPS Reports screen.
