Delete a broadcast message

You can delete broadcast messages that no longer need to be sent to workers. You can only delete messages that you created or were created by other users in your same role This term will be found in the Participant’s grid of the all activity sources with the exception of External Assessment. This term refers only the selected person and their role in the activity source and not their person relationships. Those types of associations would be recorded in the Person Associations hyperlink only..

Follow these steps to delete a broadcast message.

1. From the Home screen, click Administration > Maintenance. The Team Search Criteria screen appears.

2. Click the Broadcast Message link in the link menu. The Broadcast Message Search screen appears.

3. Select the agency to which the message applies, then click Search. Matching messages  appear in the search results.

4. Click the delete link to delete the message.

5. In the confirmation message, click OK. The message is removed from the system. You are returned to the Broadcast Message Search screen.
