Record reference data values for domain codes

Reference data values are the items that appear in drop-down lists and multi-select boxes in TFACTS screens. Reference data values are organized by domain codes, which are like categories for data elements. For example, if "State" is a domain code, the names of the states are the reference data values of that domain code.

All domain codes and reference data for using the system is included for normal work. System changes may occur that require new or modified reference data values for the domain codes. New domain codes can also be added, as explained in Record domain codes.

Once implemented, any changes to reference data values affect all pertinent drop-down lists and multi-select boxes.
