Record adoptive family composition
Process: Record a confidential court report
The family composition portion of the pre-finalization assessment allows you to describe the adoptive parents' marital status, divorces, and citizenship. The applicant 1 and applicant 2 member information is brought over from the provider record.
|
Note |
Any changes you make to family members should also be made on the adoptive family's provider record. Changing this information on the pre-finalization assessment does not change it on the provider record. See Record basic provider information. |
Record family composition as follows:
From the Confidential Court Report Details screen, click Maintain Adoptive Family Composition. The Adoptive Family Member(s) Information screen appears.
The table at the top of the screen displays the parents and children who are in the family. The system draws this information from the most recent home study on the resource record.
(Optional) In the Place of Marriage box, enter the location where the adoptive parent was married.
(Optional) Click select to view the person profile for the adoptive father or mother.
Click Save. You are returned to the Confidential Court Report Details screen.
