Record assessment recommendation

Process: Record a confidential court report

When all of the information on the assessment is complete and all of the Comments Completed boxes are checked, you record you recommendations concerning this adoption. You also record the dates on which the report was completed, sent to the adoptive parents, and submitted to the court.

Record assessment recommendations as follows:

1. From the Confidential Court Report Details screen, click the Maintain Recommendation link. The Recommendation Details screen appears.

2. Select your evaluation in the Home is Suitable list.

3. If you dismiss the petition enter your reasons in the narrative box.

4. Select the Comments Complete check box when your recommendation is compete. Do not check this box if your comments are not complete.

5. Click Save. You are returned to the Confidential Court Report Details screen.

6. Enter the date when this report was submitted to the court.

7. Click Save. You are returned to the Confidential Court Report Information screen.
