Delete an assessment from a case

Follow these steps to delete an assessment from a case.

  1. On the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  2. Select the case in which you want to view the assessments. The Case Overview screen appears.

  3. Click Assessments in the link menu. The Assessments screen appears.

  4. Enter filter criteria to find the assessment you want to remove.

  5. Click Filter. The matching assessments appear in the results grid.

  6. Click the delete link for the record you want to remove.

  7. In the confirmation message, click OK.

  8. Click Close. You are returned to the Assessments screen.
