View all assessments for a case

From the Case Overview screen, you have access to all assessments recorded for the case. The Assessments screen lists the assessments, information about the assessment and several links including select, report, documents, and delete.

Follow these steps to view assessments for a case.

  1. On the Home Workload screen select an Ongoing case. The Case Overview screen appears.

  2. Click the Assessments link in the blue left navigation menu. The Assessments screen appears.

  3. Enter search criteria to find the assessment you want to review and click Filter. The matching assessments appear in the results list.

  4. Click the select link for the assessment you want to view. The screen for the selected assessment appears. The assessment screen consists of multiple tabs for each section of the assessment.

  5. Click any tab name to review the details.

  6. Click Close at any time to return to the Assessments screen.

  7. Click Close to return to the Case Overview screen.
