Reclassify an allegation

Follow these steps to reclassify an allegation.  

  1. From the Home Workload screen, select an Ongoing Case.  The Case Overview screen appears.

  2. Click Investigations Linked in the blue left navigation bar. The Investigations Linked screen appears.

  3. Click the investigation ID link for the investigation you want to update. The Investigation screen Overview tab appears.

  4. Click the Investigation Topics tab.

  5. Click the Allegations/Classifications link. The Classification Information screen appears.

  6. Click the reclassify link in the right column. The Reclassification History screen appears.

  7. (Optional) Click select to view the details for a prior reclassification record.

  8. Click Add Reclassification to add a new reclassification for the investigation. The Reclassification Details screen appears.

  9. Complete all the fields on this screen.  

  10. Click Save.
