Record and classify allegations

Process Overview: Record an investigation

Follow these steps to record and classify the allegations for an investigation.

  1. Click the Investigation Topics tab.

  2. Click the Allegations/Classifications link. The Good Faith Efforts screen appears.

  3. To record and classify allegations, click Classification Information. The Classification Information screen appears.

  4. Click Add Allegation to record a new allegation. The Allegation Details screen appears.

  5. For the allegation record, click the classify link to establish the classification. The Classification Details screen appears.

  6. Repeat steps 7 – 13 for each allegation you need to record.

  7. Click Approval to submit the allegations to your team leader for review.

  8. Click Close. You are returned to the Investigation Topics tab.

  9. Click Next Task> below to continue.
