Delete a case recording

If a case recording was recorded in error, you can delete the case recording as long as the recording is in a ‘Draft’ status and the person deleting the recording is the "Creator" of the recording or the "Recorded for" person.

 

Follow these steps to delete a case recording.

1. On the Case Recording list page, conduct a Search (either with or without search criteria) to populate a listing of case recordings.

2. Locate the Case Recording in Draft status that you want to delete in the listing.

3. Click the delete link that displays in the far right column for the draft recording you wish to delete.

4. You will be presented with a message prompt to which you must respond: To delete this recording, click OK.

a. Click OK to delete the draft recording.

b. Click Cancel to cancel the delete action.
