Delete an ICPC, ICJ or ICAMA referral

If an interstate compact referral was added for a child in error, you can delete the record if the referral is in "Incomplete" status.

Follow these steps to delete an ICPC, ICJ or ICAMA record.

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the case ID number link for the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click ICPC/ICJ/ICAMA in the link menu. The ICPC/ICJ/ICAMA List screen appears.

4. Click delete for the record you want to delete.

5. In the confirmation message, click OK. The ICPC or ICAMA record is deleted.

6. Click Close to return to the Case Overview screen.
