Link a case recording to a visitation plan

Each time a child in your assigned case completes a visit with the person identified on the visitation plan, you record this case activity and link it to the visitation plan. An activity record reflects the interaction of the participants during the visit.

You can link an activity record to the plan only when it is in "Complete" status.

Follow these steps to link a case recording to a visitation plan.

1. From the Home Workload screen, select an Ongoing Case. The Case Overview screen appears.

2. Click the Visitation Plan link in the left menu. The Visitation Plan List screen appears.

3. Click the recording link for the visitation plan you want to update. The Visitation Recording screen appears. This screen displays the recordings that have been linked to this visitation plan.

4. Note.  I don't see a recording link as is described in #3 above.

5. Click Link Case Recording to link a new activity to the visitation plan. In the Case Recording Log screen, select the case recording and click OK. You are returned to the Visitation Recording screen.

6. Click Save. You are returned to the Visitation Plan List screen.
