A CPS Intake is listed on the Home Workload page of the worker to whom it is assigned until it is linked to a CPS Investigation Case. At that time the CPS Intake becomes part of the CPS Investigation Case and ceases to be listed on the worker's Home Workload page. The CPS Investigation case is listed on the CPS worker's Home Workload page of the CPS worker to whom it is assigned.
When a CPS Investigation Case gets linked to an Ongoing Family Case and remains assigned to the same CPS worker, both the CPS Investigation Case and the Ongoing Family Case are listed on the CPS worker's Home Workload page. When a CPS Investigation Case gets linked to an Ongoing Family Case and gets assigned to a different worker, the Ongoing Family Case is listed on the new worker's Home Workload page but not the CPS Investigation Case. The CPS Investigation Case is/is not listed on the prior CPS worker's Home Workload page.
When a CPS Intake gets linked to a CPS Investigation case (that is not linked to an Ongoing Family case), the CPS Intake ceases to be on the Intake worker's Home Workload page. The CPS Intake can be located from (1) the Intake Search page, (2) Person Search and TFACTS History pages and (3) the Investigation case it is linked to.
