View a visitation plan

A visitation plan is recorded for any child for whom the Department maintains custodial rights. Not only does the visitation plan meet State mandates, it also allows the Department to monitor the interactions between the child and his or her biological family and other participants.

View a visitation plan as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Select the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click the Visitation Plan link in the main link menu. The Visitation Plan List screen appears

4. Click the select link for the record you want to view. The Visitation Details screen appears. This screen displays the visitors allowed for the child.

5. Click the select link for a visitor's name to view the specific visitation details.

6. Click Cancel to return to the Visitation Details screen.

7. Click Save to return to the Visitation Plan List screen.
