View intakes linked to a family case

One or more intakes are always linked to a case.  When an intake is linked to a case it becomes part of the case and ceases to be listed on the intake worker's Home Workload screen.  The case the intake is linked to can be viewed in the Home Workload screen of the person to home it is assigned.

All workers can use the search link at the top of the screen to search for linked intakes.  The Advanced Search Criteria link can be used to search by Case ID.

Case workers and supervisors can use the View Case Information link on the Case Overview screen of the cases assigned to them and their staff to view the intakes linked to that case.

View the intakes linked using the View Case Information link.

  1. From the Home Workload screen, select an Ongoing Case that is assigned to you or your staff. The Case Overview screen appears.

  2. Click the View Case Information under Case Actions. The Case Details tab appears with the linked intakes listed.

  3. Click an Intake ID link, in the Intake List grid, to view the complete intake record on the Intake - Basic Tab screen.

  4. Click Close to return to the Case Details tab.
