View the court actions for a case member
In TFACTS, the following types of court actions can be recorded for case members:
Court order
Hearing
Notifications
Pleadings
When you open a case, you can view these records for a specific case member.
Follow these steps to view the court actions:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the case ID number link of the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Court in the link menu. The Case Members Legal History screen (CM01g-s01) appears.
Click the Case Court Actions link. The Court Actions History screen (CM01-s01) appears.
Enter search criteria to find the court actions you want to view. Click Search. The matching records appear in the results grid.
Click the select link for a record to view the details. A different screen appears based on the action category of the record.
Court Order - The Court Order Details screen (CM01c-s01) appears. Click Cancel to return to the Court Actions History screen.
Hearing - The Hearing Details screen (CM01b-s01) appears. Click Cancel to return to the Court Actions History screen.
Notification - The Notification Details screen (CM01h-s01) appears. Click Cancel to return to the Court Actions History screen.
Pleading - The Pleading Details screen (CM01a-s01) appears. Click Cancel to return to the Court Actions History screen.
Click Close. You are returned to the Case Overview screen.
