View the court actions linked to a pleading, hearing, or court order

Court actions can be linked to the following court records: pleadings, hearings, and court orders.

You can unlink court actions if you have the correct security privileges.

Follow these steps to view the court actions linked to a court record.

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the case ID number link of the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click Court in the link menu. The Case Members Legal History screen appears.

4. Click the Case Court Actions link. The Court Actions History screen appears.

5. Enter search criteria to find the court actions you want to view. Click Search. The matching records appear in the results grid.

6. (Optional) View court actions for a pleading record.

   a.	Click the select link for a pleading record. The Pleading Details screen appears.
   b.	Click View linked actions at the bottom of the screen. The Linked Court Actions screen appears.
   c.	(Optional) Click unlink to remove an action from the pleading record.
   d.	Click Close to return to the Pleading Details screen.
   e.	Click Save to return to the Court Actions History screen.

7. (Optional) View court actions for a hearing record.

   a.	Click the select link for a hearing record. The Hearing Details screen appears.
   b.	Click View linked actions at the bottom of the screen. The Linked Court Actions screen appears.
   c.	(Optional) Click unlink to remove an action from the hearing record.
   d.	Click Close to return to the Hearing Details screen.
   e.	Click Save to return to the Court Actions History screen.

8. (Optional) View court actions for a court order record.

   a.	Click the select link for a court order record. The Court Order Details screen appears.
   b.	Click View linked actions at the bottom of the screen. The Linked Court Actions screen appears.
   c.	(Optional) Click unlink to remove an action from the court order record.
   d.	Click Close to return to the Court Order Details screen.
   e.	Click Save to return to the Court Actions History screen.

9. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Overview screen.
