View the history of case status changes
From the main case profile screen, you can display a list of each time the case status was changed between "Opened" and "Closed." A case can be closed and reopened more than once. The status of the case may or may not be affected by the intakes that are linked to it:
If a screened-in intake is linked to a closed case, the system automatically changes to the case status to "Open." (If the case status is already "Open," it remains unchanged.)
If a screened-out intake is linked to an existing case, the case status does not change. That is, an open case remains open, and a closed case remains closed.
View a case status history as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Select the case ID number link for the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.
Under Case Actions, click the View Case Status History link. The Case Status History screen appears. It shows the beginning and ending dates during which each status was in effect, in reverse chronological order.

Click Close. You are returned to the Case Overview screen.
