Available Counties

Contains the counties where this employee is assigned. Click one or more counties in the list and click Add> to move them into the Selected Counties box.

Selected Counties

Contains the counties where the employee is available for on-call duty. To remove counties, click them and click <Remove.

Begin  Date

Enter the beginning date of the employee's on-call period.

Begin Time

Enter the beginning time of the employee's on-call period, then select either AM or PM.

End Date

Enter the end date of the employee's on-call period.

End Time

Enter the ending time of the employee's on-call period and select AM or PM.

Back Up

Select this check box to indicate this employee is available as a backup.
