Court Order Details
On this screen the court order information can be recorded or updated concerning an active case member involved in a court action. Court Order details include:
Court Docket # - enter the court case number. Any information in this field will populate to any linked court orders.
Court Order and Other Types * - select the type of court order
Court Order Concerning * - contains the active case members under Case Members. To add to Person(s) select one or more (hold the control button) then click Add>. To remove anyone, select one or more (hold the control button) from Person(s) then click <Remove.
Date Order Signed * - enter the date the court issued the ruling.
Date Order Received by DCS - enter the date DCS received the court order.
Certified Copy Received - check the box to indicate the order is a certified copy.
Special Court Instructions - explain the details of any instructions required by the court.
Click Court / Attorney Info link to enter Court & Attorney information. Click Apply
Click Court Order Details to finish.
Adjudication / Finding - click to record the adjudication and/or finding.
Legal Status - click this button to record a new legal status. If the ruling causes a change in a legal status, the previous legal status must end-dated before adding a new legal status.
Order has been Marked in Error - check box if this hearing was created in error and needs to be invalidated. A record cannot be invalidated if another legal action is linked to it.
The following is only available when the link court action is clicked from the Case Court Actions page on a previously entered court order.
Legal Action – select the appropriate court action to link
Add Action - click to link the selected court action to the court order or hearing.
View Linked Actions - click to open the Linked Court Actions page which lists previously linked court actions.
