This screen allows you to view, add, or update any reference numbers assigned to this case.
Record a case profile
Identify caretakers and the case references
Reference Type
Select the item that will be used as a reference ID for this case. If you select a type, you must also enter a number.
Reference Number
Enter the ID number for the reference item.
Description
If you selected Other in the Reference Type field, describe the reference item.
