FFA - Section Information - Current Circumstances
The Current Circumstances section is in focus when the FFA tab is clicked. The other sections of the FFA are accessible via links which appear across the top of the screen.
On this screen, you enter narrative for specific participants for "Reason
for Involvement" and for "Family Story".
Add Narrative (in the 'Reason for Involvement' grid) - click this button to enter the "Reason for Involvement" for a particular participant. Click this button again to enter another narrative for another participant.
select - When one or more "Reason for Involvement" narratives have been entered, they will have a select link. Click the select link for a narrative to update that narrative or its participant.
When narrative records become older than one year, the system moves them to the Historic section.
Historic Reason For Involvement (Older than 12 Months) - click this link, which is directly under the 'Reason for Involvement grid, to view older 'Reason for Involvement' narratives.
The "Family Story" grid in the Current Circumstances section will have the same elements; Add Narrative button, select link, and a Historic section. The other sections will also have these elements.
