Assessments

This screen provides the means to add an assessment for a child/family and displays a listing of all assessments that have been created for a child/family.  Assessment details can be added, updated, viewed, summary reports can be generated and documents can be attached to assessments;  based on a worker's security level.

Assessment Filter Criteria to be used to filter the listing of assessments by create date, assessment type and assessment status.  Using the filter criteria may be helpful when there are more assessment records to view than will fit on a single screen.

Assessment List Information regarding in progress and completed/approved assessments will display in the assessment list.  

If a Family Functioning Assessment (FFA) has been recorded, it will always display first in the list. Only one FFA can be recorded for a case. The FFA cannot be deleted from the case.
