Visitation Details

On this screen to enter and update the visitation details for the person who may visit the child. Only one visitor can be defined at a time on this screen. The visitor can be a case member or another person.

Visitation details include the starting date, frequency, and location. If a court order is involved you can record a summary of the court order and any other limitations.

Fields on this screen

Visitors	If you are defining the visitation for a case member, check the box for the case member. If you are defining the visitation for a non-case member, click Link Person to select the person.
Effective Date	Enter the date on which this visitation plan takes effect.
End Date	Enter the date on which this visitation plan ends. The system automatically applies an end date when a new visitation plan is created with the same case members.
How Often	Select the frequency of the visits.
If Frequency is Other	If the frequency is Other, describe the frequency.
Location	Select the location where the visits will take place.
Location Information	Enter additional details about the location.
Is there a Court Order...?	Select Yes if a court order contains restrictions or other information about the visitation.
Visitation Type	Check one or more boxes to indicate the type of visitation.
Summarize visitation limitations...	Explain the details for any limitations on the visit and other information in the court order that affects the visitation details.
