Available Permanency Plan Participants

If this page is launched by clicking the 'Add Goal Participants' action button, then the participants the user selects will be designated as goal participants for the plan.

If this page is launched by clicking the 'Add Plan Participants' action button, then the participants selected by the user will be designated as the plan participants for the plan.

Each time a participant is selected and saved as either a goal participant or as a plan participant, they will no longer appear on the 'Available Permanency Plan

Fields on this screen

Field	Description
Case ID	System displays the case identification number of the family case in focus.
Case Name	System displays the case name designation of the family case in focus.
Case Status	System displays the status of the family case in focus.
Organization	System displays the organization of the family case in focus.
check box	User can select this check box and press the ‘OK’ button to add a Goal/Plan Participant to the Perm Plan.
Name	System displays the perm pan participant's name.
DOB	System displays the perm pan participant's date of birth.
Age	System displays the perm pan participant's age.
Gender	System displays the perm pan participant's gender.
