Adoptive Child(ren) Descriptions

This screen allows you to view, add, or update narrative descriptions on a number of topics. The name of each child in the adoptive family appears under the topic heading. The children are identified on the family composition screen of this pre-finalization assessment. You complete the topics for each child and indicate whether the topic is completed.
