Case Conference Details

This screen provides the means to document/view, depending on your role and your security, specific details about an ASFA review that took place.

As a supervisor, this screen allows you to record ASFA notes related to one or more workers' management of a specific case.

As a worker, this screen allows you to view the notes recorded on the cases to which you are assigned.

How do I...

Conference Type	Select one value from the drop-down list.
Conference Date	Record the date the conference occurred.
Conference Outcome	Enabled only when Conference Type is 'Case Transition' or 'Legal Consult'. Select one value from the drop-down list.
Expiration Date	Enabled only when Conference Type is 'ASFA Adoption and Safe Families Act Review'. Date must be greater than or equal to the “Conference Date” but cannot be more than 6 months greater than the Conference Date.
Exception to File TPR	Enabled only when Conference Type is 'ASFA Adoption and Safe Families Act Review'.
Team Leader Reviewed	Enabled only when Conference Type is 'ASFA Adoption and Safe Families Act Review'.
Case Conference Participants	Enabled only when Conference Type is 'ASFA Adoption and Safe Families Act Review'.
Narrative	Text field for capture of narrative detail.
Status	Values are: 'Draft' and 'Complete'
Add Addendum	Action button; navigates to Addendum page
View Narrative	Action button; provides view of full narrative and any addendums.
