Placement Referrals

On this screen you to record new placement referrals. Any worker assigned to a case may record a placement referral.

After you create a referral, the system sends an alert to the PSD worker to complete the placement for the child. The system also sends a notification to other workers assigned to the case notifying them that a referral for the child has been recorded.

Click Filter to display existing referrals which match the criteria you entered.

Click delete to remove a referral that is still in progress and has no linked resources.

How do I...

Fields on this screen

Child Name	Select a child name in the case to find placement referrals for a specific child.
Status	Select a status to find referrals in a specific status.
From Referral Date	Enter a start date to find referrals made on or after this date.
To Referral Date	Enter an end date to find referrals made on or before this date.
Sort Results By	Select the sort order for the matching referrals.
Child Name	If you are adding a new placement referral, select the child and click Add Placement Request.
