PER List

This screen lists the Placement Exception Requests (PER) that have been recorded for a child not yet in placement. A PER is a request to exceed or waive DCS placement standards and policies in an effort to maintain sibling bonds, caregiver bonds and to meet medical, emotional, and psychological needs Needs (formerly referred to as Concerns) are behaviors and risks displayed by the child or family. This should include the reasons for DCS involvement with the family/child. of the children in care.

From this screen you can create new PERs, view and update a PER that is in progress, and print a PER report.

Click the PER Report link to print a report for an exception request.

Click select link to view or update an exception request.

Click Create PER to record a new PER.
