Client Education Summary

The Client Education Summary form is generated for any person in the system to provide education summary information.

Education information is recorded for every person in the system. It is important information and is used for many purposes. For clients who are receiving in home or out of home services and for youth who are part of a juvenile justice case, tracking education needs Needs (formerly referred to as Concerns) are behaviors and risks displayed by the child or family. This should include the reasons for DCS involvement with the family/child. and documenting that education needs Needs (formerly referred to as Concerns) are behaviors and risks displayed by the child or family. This should include the reasons for DCS involvement with the family/child. are being met for the person, is an essential part of Case Management by DCS workers. The Education Summary form provides education information available in the system to caseworkers.
