ICPC / ICJ / ICAMA List

This screen lists the ICPC, ICJ or ICAMA records established for the children in the case.

If the case already has a linked ICPC, ICAMA, or ICJ intake, this screen displays that intake in the list. The date of the request record is the date of the linked intake and the status is "Active." The system copies additional data in the linked intake to the details screens for the request record.

These links are available based on your role This term will be found in the Participant’s grid of the all activity sources with the exception of External Assessment. This term refers only the selected person and their role in the activity source and not their person relationships. Those types of associations would be recorded in the Person Associations hyperlink only. and status of the record:

• Click select to view or update the request record.  

• Click terminate to end the interstate compact.

• Click report to print various forms related to the request:  
  
  100A- Interstate Compact Placement Request (CS-0525)
  100B- Interstate Compact Report on Child’s Placement Status (CS-0523)
  Form IV- Parole/Probation Investigation Report  (ACJA form)
  ICJ Quarterly Report

• Click document to scan documents for the request or view existing scanned documents.

• Click delete to delete a record that is in progress.

• Click Add ICPC / ICJ / ICAMA Information to record a new interstate compact for the selected child.
