MRS Track Questionnaire
On this screen you can answer questions in the MRS Track Questionnaire. Based on your answers, the system derives the track that the intake should take.
You may not have to answer all questions. The system may be able to derive the track after you partially complete the questionnaire. When the system derives a track, the screen displays "COMPLETE" to indicate the system has enough information. You can continue to answer the remaining questions, and further responses may change the track.
After you complete the questionnaire, the intake specialist or supervisor reviews the recommended track for approval.
Click Next Question to proceed through the questionnaire. Each time you click Next Question, the system evaluates the response. If enough data is available, the system displays the recommended track.
Click Previous Question to return to a prior question. If you have selected an answer already and change it, the change may affect the answers in subsequent questions. The system will warn you if changing an answer impacts other responses.
