Agree with Track?

Select Yes to indicate your agreement with the recommended track.

Select No if you want to return the intake or change the intake to a different track.

Override Track

If you select No above, select the track you want the intake to take.

Screen Out Decision

If you select Screen Out for the override track, select the reason for screening out the intake.

Enter an explanation for the track you selected.

Recommended Priority

Displays the priority for this intake recommended by MRS.

Recommended Priority as Submitted
