Safety Assessment - Immediate Harm Factors - Section 1
On this screen you select the specific elements for the immediate harm factors. This screen represents Section 1 of the assessment. If you select a "Yes" response for any of the safety factor statements, you must also complete Section 2 on the Safety Interventions tab.
You can enter narrative descriptions for the harm factors and enter a narrative that gets copied to the Family Functional Assessment (FFA).
