Investigation - Linked Intakes

This screen displays the intakes that have been linked to the investigation. From this screen you can view details for the linked intakes, unlink an intake, and generate a report.

Click [intake ID] link to view details of the intake record.

Click unlink to remove an intake record from the investigation.
