Determinate Commitment Detail Page

A determinate commitment is one where the court dictates a beginning date (custody date) and an expiration date. While the youth is in custody, the time served on the commitment sentence can be reduced by applying Reduction Credits.

Begin Date	System generated. Not editable. If more than one determinate sentences is active then Begin Date, Expirtation Date, Length of commitment, Projected Release Date, Days Served, will be displayed for each sentence.
Expiration Date	System generated. Not editable.
Length of Commitment	Display Only. Original Number of Days ordered (number of days between custody begin and expiration date).
Projected Release Date	Display Only. System-calculated field. Expiration Date’ – Added Credits applied as of ‘Credit Adjustment Date.
Days Served	Display Only. System-calculated field. System Date – Begin Date
Add Behavior Credits	Days - Used to capture - Amount of Credits to be applied.
Remove Behavior Credits	Days - Used to capture Amount of Credits to be removed.
Add Program Participant Credits	Days - Used to capture Amount of Credits to be applied. Refer to BR for maximum allowable credits.
Remove Program Participant Credits	Days - Used to capture Amount of Credits to be removed.
Sum of Credits Applied	Days - System-calculated field; Length of Commitment –Added Applied Credits or + Removed Applied Credits (it includes current as well as previous credits
Credit Adjustment Date	Display Only. System Date the date the Credit Detail record is saved.
Justification Comments	User Modifiable. The user will use this field to document justification of removing credits. Conditionally required if any credits are being removed.
