Violation Report Details

On this screen you enter the details for the violations committed by a youth in DCS custody. A violation record can have multiple violation incidents if the violations occurred at the same time.

Members of DCS Legal department can also record comments and recommendation for the violation. Other workers can view the comments from DCS Legal.

Available Violations	Contains the possible violations a youth can commit. Select one or more items and click Add> to move those items to the Selected Violations field.
Selected Violations	Contains the specific violations committed by the youth.

Available Actions	Contains the possible actions taken by the Department. Select one or more items and click Add> to move those items to the Selected Actions field.
Selected Actions	Contains the specific violations committed by the youth.
Explain Actions Taken	Enter additional information about the actions taken by the Department.
