Classifications / Reclassifications

This screen displays the classification and reclassification records for a youth in a development center.

Click select to view or update the classification or reclassification record.

Click report to generate a report for the record.

Click Add New to record a new classification or reclassification.

Youth Name	Select the youth in the case for whom you are adding a classification or reclassification.
Type	Select the type of record to enter.
