Disciplinary Report Hearing/Disposition

On this screen you enter details about the hearing, the disposition of the charges from hearing officer, and sanctions against the youth. If the youth waives the hearing by a hearing officer, you indicate this fact also.

If the youth appeals the hearing results, you can enter appeal information from this screen.

Fields on this screen

Youth Waives Hearing	Check this box if the youth waives the hearing by the hearing officer.
Waived Date	Enter the date when the youth waived the hearing.
Hearing Date/Time	Enter the date and time of the hearing.
Hearing Officer	Enter the name of the hearing officer.
Title	Enter the title of the hearing officer.
Disposition of Charge	For each charge in the list, select Guilty or Not Guilty from the results of the hearing.
Sanctions	Check one or more items to indicate the sanctions to applied against the youth.
Comments	Enter additional information about the hearing results.
Report Closed	Check this box if the report is ready to be closed.
