Supervision Level Details

On this screen you enter the details for a new supervision level for the youth.

Youth adjudicated delinquent shall receive the level of service and monitoring needed based on the results of assessment tools as required by their identified level of supervision from the Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (YLS/CMI)© risk assessment and case type of custodial or non-custodial.

Current Status	Select the current status for the youth.
Status Begin Date	Enter the date when the status becomes effective.
Supervision Level	Select the new supervision level. If reducing the level, the Approval button becomes enabled.
Effective Date	Enter the date when the new level becomes effective in the system.
Justification	Enter an explanation why you are reducing or increasing the supervision level for the youth.
