Record a supervision level for a youth

Follow these steps to record a supervision level for a youth.  

1. In the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the case ID number link for the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click the Delinquency Information link in the link area. The Delinquency Information screen screen appears.

4. Click the Supervision level link for the youth in the case. The Supervision Level History screen appears.

5. Click Add Supervision Level.  The Supervision Level Details screen appears.

6. In the Current Status field, select the current custody status for the youth and enter the date.

7. In the Supervision Level field, select the new supervision level for the youth.

8. In the Effective Date field, enter the date when the supervision level should commence.

9. If you have selected a reduced supervision level, click Approval to submit the reduction to your supervisor for review. You are returned to the Supervision Level History screen.
